Problema con l'installazione di minecraft windows 10 bedrock

Salve,ho un problema riguardante l'installazione di minecraft windows 10 bedrock, appena apro microsott store vado per installare minecraft bedrock edition non mi spunta installa,se lo clicco spunta un bottone rosso (una barriera),se faccio installa sui miei dispositivi e scelgo il mio desktop appena spunta avvio download dopo 2 secondi,spunta errore. Tutto questo inizio da quando mia sorella ha disinstallato minecraft bedrock edition perchè voleva aggiornalo e pero non ci riuscì. Qualcuno mi puo dare una mano per risolvere questo problema,grazie e arrivederci.

    Salve, ho un problema.

    Quando apro Minecraft Laucher e vado sul pulsante per installare minecraft per Windows (Bedorck edition), dopo che lo clicco mi compare una scritta che dice "In attesa dell'installazione", il problema è che il download non parte e rimane la schermata con la scritta "in attesa dell'installazione".

    Se chiudo il launcher e lo riapro ricompare la scritta installa e se ci clicco fa la stessa cosa.

    Ho provato a riscaricare il launcher ma nulla.

    Mi da questo problema ogni volta che disinstallo minecraft quando c'è un aggiornamento.

    NON so cosa fare.

    quando provo ad installare minecraft for windows clicco installa ma il download non parte rimane fermo a 0gb se qualcuno ha avuto il mio stesso problema ed è riuscito a risolvere mi faccia sapere
