    Hi,

Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. Wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

Then perform a clean boot and uninstall applications that you do not use if you want.

Create a restore point in the Start menu > Settings > System > About > System Protection > Create.

If the option appears (if you are using the option to automatically hide the taskbar), you can use Rude to fix it.

Well apparently this is a bug, many users are having the problem, you can fix it using third party software, currently there is no confirmation that the taskbar will remain in the background

Use taskbar settings to bring the taskbar back into view and prevent it from hiding under the screen.

    1. Right-click any empty area of the desktop taskbar area (or press Win + I and go to Personalization > Taskbar), or use this shortcut link: Taskbar.
    2. In Taskbar settings, expand Taskbar behaviors.
    3. Make sure Automatically hide the taskbar is unchecked so the taskbar always stays visible.
    4. If using a 2‑in‑1 or tablet-style device, in Taskbar behaviors, uncheck Optimize taskbar for touch interactions when this device is used as a tablet so the tablet-optimized (collapsing) taskbar is disabled.
    5. Move the mouse to the very bottom edge of the screen; if the taskbar appears, click anywhere on the desktop and then re-open Taskbar behaviors to confirm the hide option is off.

If the taskbar is still not visible, repeat step 1 and verify that display scaling or resolution changes have not moved the taskbar off-screen, then toggle Automatically hide the taskbar on and off once to reset its behavior.
