<Removed for Privacy> This is the key I had on my previous Laptop. Unfortunately I spilt water on it which damaged it beyond repair . I had to buy another Laptop which has Windows 11 Home <product key removed>.

I entered the key into the upgrade box and it queried the key. I am unable to upgrade to Windows Pro.

First, check if you have a Windows Pro product key.

If you have a Windows 11 Pro product key

Select Start > Settings > System > Activation.

Select Change product key, and then enter the 25-character Windows 11 Pro product key.

Select Next to start the upgrade to Windows 11 Pro.

If you don't have a Windows 11 Pro product key

Select Start > Settings > System > Activation.

Under Upgrade your edition of Windows, select Open Store

Make sure you’re signed in with your Microsoft account to purchase Windows 11 Pro

After you confirm your purchase, you’ll be prompted to install Windows 11 Pro and restart your PC. You’ll then be running Windows 11 Pro.

Kindly note this is public forum. Avoid share your genuine product key or any personal information to prevent it's misuse.

The first product key you shared is genuine product key, used to switch to Pro edition. You must have to then activate your upgrade Pro edition with a genuine key.

I found my answer on the above link and followed their instructions. As my Windows Pro Key is Valid disconnected the Internet, then all upgraded successfully.
