    Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    The main difference between the Microsoft 365 Premium and Microsoft 365 Family subscriptions is access to AI and Copilot features.

    Microsoft Premium 365 plan includes -

    User's image

    With Microsoft 365 Premium, you can use more Copilot features. This includes tools like writing help, drafting documents, summarizing emails, and getting suggestions while you work in apps such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc...

    You also get more advanced AI tools without needing to buy a separate Copilot upgrade.

    On top of that, you can create and edit AI-generated images in apps like Microsoft Designer and PowerPoint. Or if you edit videos often, you will get access to all the premium features like filters, logos, etc. in the clipchamp.

    ==============================

    For example, if you are on the Family 365 plan (Without premium), you will not get any of the AI writing tools or be able to create additional AI images using Microsoft Designer. With the premium plan, you will get all of these features. So, please make sure if you use these features often so that you can upgrade it to premium one.

    For the complete lists, see this article below - (I I have just explained a few main functions of the premium plan)

    Deleted by user because Microsoft changed my short post with link to compare version of Microsoft 365 and inserted a very large post that did not assist the user.
