#1 Refresh Google Play Services:
- On your Pixel 10a, go to Settings > Apps > All apps > Google Play Services.
- Tap Storage & cache > Manage space > Clear all data.
"Side Note: This will not delete your photos or emails" - Restart your phone immediately
- Open the Link to Windows app & try again this time.
Very Important Note: that's will refresh you current google account credentials and will require you to Re-Enter the credentials (Email / Password / 2FA) again and re-verify you. make sure that you know the account credentials before performing the (Refresh Process). #Thanks to Bran Comment on this.
#2 Reset Everything
- On PC: Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices > Remove the Pixel 10a
- Open Device Manager > View > Show hidden devices > Expand Bluetooth
"Look for any "grayed out" Pixel devices or "Unknown Device" entries and Uninstall them" - On Phone: Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
- Try to pair only via the Phone Link QR CODE (Don't use windows Bluetooth)
#3 Advanced Options
- On the Pixel, go to Settings > Google > Devices & sharing > Cross-device services
- Temporarily turn Off "Call casting" and "Internet sharing"
- On the PC, go to Settings > System > Nearby sharing and ensure it is Off
- Try again with Phone Link
#4 Additional
- Turn Wi-Fi OFF on your Pixel 10a and use the Mobile Data.
- In the Link to Windows app settings, enable "Use mobile data"
- Try the pairing process. If it works over 5G, we know the issue is your router / dns
Question for you: What version of Android you are using? is it beta? is it modified ROM?
