how to fix ssms installation problem, stuck virtual studio tools, error message is that it cant find file

Hosting Support. Try to find the installation package [vsta_hostingcore_amd64.si]'in a folder from which you can install Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Applications 2019 x64 Hosting Support."

please help solve this

    Please backup and delete the following folder from your package cache:

    C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\(9D6CE289-E12C-38BB-9999-E2377EC 118B71)v 16.0.28807\packages\vsta_hostingcore-amd64 

    Then, retry the SSMS installation.
