Teams autoattendant after hours only.

We have receptionist in each of our cities that take all incoming calls. How do I setup an auto attendant on the main line that only kicks in after hours? During work hours it should ring the receptionist.

    Hi

    Business hours can be set for each auto attendant.

    1.If business hours aren't set, all days and all hours in the day are considered business hours because a 24/7 schedule is set by default.

    2.Business hours can be set with breaks in time during the day, and all of the hours that aren't set as business hours are considered after-hours.

    3.You can set different incoming call-handling options and greetings for after-hours.

    Set up the auto attendants in the Teams admin center:
