merge 2 azure tenants into one

I need to merge two azure tenants in one all owned by the same organization

is there a straight forward way to accomplish this?

    Unfortunately, there is no easy way to merge the two tenants.

    Depending on your setup, you could look at migrating resources from one tenant to another using Sharepoint migration tools and setting up Azure AD Connect to sync to multiple tenants to move the accounts across.

    Having said that, an option could be to keep the two tenants and migrate users slowly - using Azure B2B and cross-tenant sync capability.
