Why did 400 robux option disappeared?

The 400 Robux option is not always available because Microsoft Rewards rotates Robux amounts based on region and stock, so when it is temporarily out, only higher options like 800 or 1000 show up. Sometimes, that reward is currently out of stock or no longer offered in that market the best move here is to check again after the daily reset or keep earning toward 800 since the 400 Robux option usually comes back sooner or later.

I agree with @Angelique Pioquinto . Yes, Microsoft Rewards does commonly rotate Robux amounts, although usually they do show the '400 Robux' option, just grayed out. Also, another cause could be that the Robux reward server might be down/ has an issue with point(s) calculation at that time. Have you tried reloading the website at the time? Or logging in and out?
