Trouble with bluetooth headphones with Teams

Since a few months ago I cannot use bluetooth headphones with Teams. I tried with Jabra headphones and with Airpods and I get crackling sounds in both cases. I find no issue using those headphones with other apps (running Windows 11) and I can use wired speakers/the microphone on my camera when I want to use my desktop computer to make a Teams call; and i can use both bluetooth headphones with Teams on another platform (iPad&iphone). But for whatever reason I cannot use these headphones on Teams on my desktop.

Am I the only one?

    Hi

Do you have the same problem in the web client?

If the Bluetooth Low audio quality issue only occurs with desktop clients, it may be due to speakerphone on Windows 11.

You can try disabling speakerphone in your system:

Step 1: Open Settings & Click On Bluetooth & Devices.

Step 2: Click On "View More Devices".

Step 3: Click On "More devices and printer settings"

Step 4: Double Click on the audio device.

Step 5: Click on the Services Tab.

Step 6: Uncheck the Hands-free Telephony.
