Confirmation emails are handled by the exam delivery partner, but the key indicator of a successful booking is the appointment shown in the Microsoft Learn profile.
Since the appointment appears under Microsoft Learn → Credentials → Appointments as “coming up soon,” the exam is scheduled. The missing email is typically a notification issue, not a booking failure.
To proceed and verify more thoroughly:
- Confirm the appointment in Learn
- Go to the Learn profile appointments page (Microsoft Learn → profile → Credentials → Appointments) and verify the date, time, and exam code are correct. If it is listed there, the booking is active.
- Check email and spam/junk folders
- Check all email folders (including spam/junk) for messages from the exam delivery partner (for Microsoft certification exams this is usually Pearson VUE) and from Microsoft.
- If multiple email accounts are used (work/school and personal), check each one that might be associated with the Learn profile.
- Verify with the exam delivery partner
- For appointment and scheduling issues (including missing confirmation emails), contact the exam delivery partner directly:
- Pearson VUE Support: use the contact channel listed under “For Exam appointment and scheduling issues” in the Credentials support article.
- For appointment and scheduling issues (including missing confirmation emails), contact the exam delivery partner directly:
- If the appointment does not look correct or disappears
- If the appointment is missing or looks incorrect in the Learn profile, or the delivery partner cannot find the booking, open a ticket with Credentials Support so they can review the certification account and exam registration details.
- Go to the Credentials Support portal as described in the support article and submit a request under Product Family: Learning → Service: Microsoft Credentials.
These channels (Pearson VUE Support for scheduling/appointment issues and Credentials Support for certification account issues) are the official paths to resolve confirmation and booking problems.
