Do you have any work or school account connected?

If yes, your admin might have applied a policy setting to restrict access to Store app.

    Here's an explanation about this:

If no, you can try this:

    1. Open Group Policy Editor using gpedit.msc command.
    2. Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Store.
    3. Set the Turn off the Store application policy setting to Disabled.
    4. Click Apply, OK.
    5. Restart your system.

    1

Is your device provided by your employer, or is that your own personal PC that you use for work by logging into it with a work account?

    2

If that PC is provided by your employer, they will have set group policies to limit what you can do on that device and also monitor what you do on the PC, the only way to install the Store app would be to contact the IT Admin at your company to ask them to change the policies they have imposed on the device.

If Microsoft Store is blocked by an administrator or IT, it cannot be unblocked without their involvement.

Common ways Microsoft Store is blocked include:

    1. Group Policy / Device Management
Administrators can turn off the Store app via Group Policy (for example, the Turn off the Store application setting). When this is enabled, users see a message and cannot open the Store. Only the admin or IT department can change this policy.
    2. AppLocker or similar application control
If an AppLocker policy is applied, Microsoft Store apps can be blocked entirely. To allow them, a domain administrator must change the AppLocker rules to allow the Store or specific Store apps.
    3. Store disabled or hidden on work/school devices
On managed or work devices, the Store may be turned off or restricted by design. The guidance is to check with the administrator if using a work device.

Because these controls are intentionally enforced by the organization, there is no supported way to bypass or override them from a standard user account. The only legitimate option is to contact the device or network administrator/IT support and request that Microsoft Store be enabled or that specific apps be made available.
