How to get a refund on a unwanted purchase

While I was gone my card got charged for a 2,400 vbucks package. When I opened Fortnite to see what got purchased with that vbucks, but nothing showed up in the returns and cancel purchases tab. It doesnt show a refund button in my order history. Do I call Microsoft or my bank?

Since these were digital purchases made through the Microsoft Store, refunds are handled through Microsoft/Xbox billing. The best first step is to submit a refund request using the official page below:
