Can't remove my device in https://entra.microsoft.com/

Hi Team,

I previously unenrolled my personal iPhone from Company Portal and now I'm unable to re-enroll it as a compliant device.

During enrollment, Safari shows "Page Not Found" when downloading the management profile.

It appears that my device still exists in Intune backend and my iPhone’s Apple UDID is still associated with the previous MDM enrollment. This is preventing successful re-enrollment.

I also tried deleting the device from Entra ID but the Delete option is greyed out. I understand that this is an Intune-managed MDM device and must be deleted from Intune Admin Center instead.

Could you please help:

  1. Go to Intune Admin Center
  2. Navigate to Devices → iOS/iPadOS
  3. Locate my iPhone device
  4. Perform a full DELETE (not Retire)

After the stale device object is deleted from Intune, I will reset network settings and attempt enrollment again.
