Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
For Microsoft 365 home (personal/family) subscriptions, phone support is not provided directly as a public 1‑800 number. Instead, support is reached through the Get Help experience, which can then offer chat or a call back from an agent.
To contact Microsoft 365 support for home use and request a call:
- Go to the Microsoft customer service page for home users: use the Get Help button on this page:
- Select Get Help.
- Describe the Microsoft 365 billing or subscription issue.
- Follow the prompts until the options to Chat or Request a call from support appear.
For Microsoft 365 business admins, global support phone numbers are available after signing in to the Microsoft 365 admin center and going to Support > Help and support, or via the “global support phone numbers” link in the Office support article.
