Can't see "Other Users" button on the bottom left of the logon screen

I have tried gpedit, registry edit and just about every other suggestion to log into a machine as a different user. Windows Pro and Home 11. Microsoft has been worthless so far. I can't open a ticket or get anyone on the phone. Is there anybody of the face of the earth that has an answer that works.

    I tried everything in the AI slop. If I add a local user then it shows up as an option. I need to select other user to login with a Microsoft account. So there is no option on the login screen for a Microsoft account and my work account says not a Microsoft account when trying to add in the accounts section. Symptoms on my desktop Windows 11 Home (updated) and laptop Windows 11 Pro (updated)

    I tried all this several times on more than one computer. Is there anyone at Microsoft that can assist when this path is worthless?
