    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

If you want to allow a blocked driver, you can follow these steps:

Go to Device Manager, find the device with the blocked driver.

Right-click on the device and select "Update driver".

Choose "Browse my computer for driver software".

Click on "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer".

Select the driver you want to install and click "Next".

If prompted with a warning about the driver being from an unknown publisher, select "Install this driver software anyway".

Once the driver is installed, restart your computer to apply the changes.

    Hello Taeyoung,

Thank you for your question and for reaching out with your question today.

If you're unable to turn on the Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist and are experiencing issues with Microsoft Edge, it's possible that there may be underlying system or network issues causing these problems. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the situation:

    1. Update Microsoft Edge: Ensure that you have the latest version of Microsoft Edge installed. Go to the Microsoft Edge website and download the latest version if needed.
    2. Clear browser cache and data: Clearing the browser cache and cookies can help resolve issues with website responsiveness. Open Microsoft Edge, go to the Settings menu, navigate to Privacy, search for "Clear browsing data," and follow the prompts to clear the cache and cookies.
    3. Disable extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with website functionality. Try disabling any extensions you have installed and check if the websites start responding properly.
    4. Check network connectivity: Verify that your internet connection is stable and working correctly. Try accessing other websites or running a network diagnostic tool to identify any network-related issues.
    5. Disable security software temporarily: Temporarily disable any third-party antivirus or firewall software to check if they are causing conflicts with Microsoft Edge. Remember to re-enable them after testing.
    6. Run Windows Update: Ensure that your operating system is up to date by running Windows Update. Install any available updates, including security updates, and restart your computer if necessary.
    7. Check for malware: Run a full scan with your antivirus software to check for any malware infections that might be affecting the system's performance or causing issues with Microsoft Edge.
    8. Reset Microsoft Edge settings: If the issue persists, you can try resetting Microsoft Edge to its default settings. Open Microsoft Edge, go to the Settings menu, navigate to Reset settings, and follow the prompts to reset the browser.
