SKYPE dial pad - how to get to it
This is not a question, but a solution. Microsoft does not make it easy to use the modified Skype for calls. To get to the dial pad, go to https://calling.web.skype.com/. This has been a real Microsoft fail considering that I, the very unskilled computer person, have to post this.
