Subject: Copilot Subscription Not Delivering Advertised Capabilities

To Microsoft Support,

My professional work requires handling large documents with complete fidelity. When I subscribed, Copilot supported:

  • full‑document ingestion
  • verbatim extraction from uploads
  • reliable comparison of long documents
  • stable, non‑truncated output
  • the ability to return text exactly as provided

These capabilities were essential to my workflow.

However, I have just been informed by the platform that recent changes have removed or restricted these functions. Copilot now:

  • cannot extract content from an uploaded document
  • truncates or collapses large pasted text
  • drops trailing sentences without warning
  • compresses repeated structures
  • replaces content with “…”
  • cannot return verbatim text from uploaded documents
  • cannot reliably compare full documents

These still undefined limitations were implemented without warning, directly damaged my work product and forced me to spend hours repairing corrupted output. The platform no longer performs the tasks it previously supported and no longer meets the professional requirements I subscribed for.

Because the service has materially changed and no longer provides the capabilities I paid for, I am requesting you return the platform to professional standards before being forced to migrate to a different platform.

I am happy to provide examples of the failures, including truncated outputs, missing content, and corrupted comparisons, if needed.
