i cant download netflix

so im trying to download netflix and it wont work and it just keeps saying to retry and that theres an error code 0X80073D31 and then netflix wont work on my browser either. ive tried everything at this point and i dont know whats going on

    Anyone getting a 0X80073D31 error make sure you have Microsoft Edge installed, and up-to-date. The page for an app that requires Edge (like Netflix or Prime Video) actually does mention this, but it's easy to miss. Fixed it for me.

    Hello Angela, thanks for posting in the community.

    Please double‑check if the error code shown is 0X80073D31 or 0x80073D13, and also confirm if you are installing the app on your C drive. You can restart your computer and run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter by going to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. If the problem is still there, try resetting the Microsoft Store by opening the Command Prompt as Admin and typing wsreset.exe, which refreshes the Store cache and installation files.
