To schedule the AI-900 exam, follow these steps:

Go to the AI-900 certification/exam details page from the certification overview or browse page.
On the exam details page, scroll down to the “Schedule exam” section and select Schedule with Pearson VUE (for individual candidates) or Schedule with Certiport if taking it through an academic program.
When prompted, sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile. Using a personal Microsoft account (MSA) is recommended.
If no legal name is set on the Learn profile, add the legal name exactly as it appears on the identification document; otherwise, the exam cannot be taken.
Enter the required contact information (address, phone number, contact email) and select Submit to be redirected to Pearson VUE.
On Pearson VUE, complete the scheduling process by choosing delivery method (test center or online), date, time, and confirming the booking.

If an error appears when submitting the form or on Pearson VUE (for example, account blocks or payment issues), use Microsoft Certification Support to get help with scheduling. A moderator will respond in about one business day. If the issue is related to Pearson VUE account blocks (such as multiple failed payments), Pearson VUE support must lift the block before scheduling can continue.
