AzureFileSync one server is unable to upload files

Question

I have an issue with Azurefilesync,

One server is unable to upload files, get an error message:
0x80C8033E

The other server does not have the same issue, and can successfully upload with same storage account

I have check the storage account settings that all correct.

Any thought on this, it has work for several weeks without issue, there is also nothing change on my ennd

Hi Sumarigo,

Health was not good

Upload goes through filesync, I just add a file on the server, on the location to upload it.

If i do this op server1 it uploads without issue, on server2 not

I have changed the setting of public network acces "From enabled from selected netwerk to enabled from all networks"

After that the file is now uploaded, this still does not explain why it worked from the other server without issues

This settings is not desired one , so how to move forward

@Marco Jordens How are you trying to upload the files?

Based on the error message On the file sync they have encountered with below error Sync error 0x80c8033e.
Check the Server endpoint is healthy or not? Refer to this document : Troubleshoot sync health and errors in Azure File Sync | Microsoft Learn

Can you enabled all networks, and try to recall files and let me know the status
