I don't receive emails from specific domains on hotmail.com

Dear Office support,

I recently noticed that I don't receive emails from specific domains on hotmail.com. I checked the Junk, Trash, Archive folders, I checked Rules and Junk folder settings and the blocked senders. Nothing is wrong in these settings.

Please I need to contact the support team responsible to check server-side filtering on outlook.com servers.

Another is to visit https://support.microsoft.com/contactus. Finally, you can use the Help feature in Outlook.com to open a chat with support. An example is below:
