What is going on MS?

We've had to suffer weeks of the bing app crashing and not giving us the points it said we had and now the Rewards section has disappeared from the Bing Apps on the iOS Phone and iPad.

When are you going to fix this. I'm going to loose a 935 day streak - you already stole 17 days from me when you deleted the days from my account and now they are going to disappear along with my 15000+ points?

Cant even report it as a bug - nowhere to do it. It like you dont want to be told of issues in your software. AN , i cant even select the auto generated tags you supplied to post this question!!!

    Hello Angelus1971,

I'm sorry for weeks of crashing of the Bing App and the Rewards dashboard disappearing from your Bing App.

As of right now, There is nothing I can do to help you to restore your lost streak or the rewards dashboard.

If you can, please contact Microsoft Rewards at rewards.microsoft.com and the "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support" button, fill out the form provided and submit it for additional help on your issue.

Microsoft Rewards features, including streak tracking and point-earning activities, can be limited or temporarily unavailable in certain scenarios, including specific devices, apps, or regions. When search or earning behavior appears abnormal or there are technical or policy-related issues, Microsoft may restrict or change how Rewards can be accessed and used.

For search-based earning, Microsoft can also apply earning limits or temporary restrictions to ensure the program is used in good faith. When this happens, some earning options or experiences may be reduced or removed until usage patterns return to normal. These restrictions are not permanent and are lifted once activity is determined to be normal again.

If Rewards options have disappeared from the Bing iOS apps, the supported path is to contact Microsoft Rewards Support so the Rewards team can review the specific account and device scenario and confirm what is happening with streaks and points. Use the Microsoft Rewards support form at https://rewards.bing.com/support (as referenced in the Q&A answer) to open a ticket with the Rewards team.

If opting out of Microsoft Rewards is being considered due to these issues, be aware that opting out will permanently remove all available points, so points should be redeemed first if possible.
