Good afternoon! Windows 11 (Amd Ryzen) is installed on the laptop. I connect to a desktop PC via remote desktop (Citrix client, desktop PC on Windows 10). When working with text documents or tables, the cursor becomes completely white and invisible on a white background. No changes to the settings help. When working, the cursor is visible, not visible only when editing text files and tables (Word, Outlook, Excel).

    Hello,

For this issue, on the guest machine (that you are remoting into) simply edit the current Windows theme and change the mouse cursor. For that, go to the computer Settings, find Themes, and click on the Mouse Cursor section. Then in the Mouse properties window, find "Scheme" and change to: Windows Black (system scheme)

    Hi Анна Ромашова,

Issue reported: Invisible cursor on Windows 11 machine.

Troubleshooting Scope: We are required to uninstall mouse and pointer devices drivers from the device manager followed by a restart. Test the machine and if the issue remains the same then, we can install all latest drivers and firmware from the OEM website and install all Windows Updates including the optional updates from Advanced options in Settings.

We also need to perform an SFC, DISM and Check disk scan /r /b one after each restart.

Additionally, please refer the below mentioned thread and articles for better troubleshooting the same problem.
