Hello, I'm having a problem when trying to load the Visual Studio 2022 Copilot chat extension. I recently was accepted into the chat private beta, and wanted to try out the new feature. I installed everything as the instructions told me, and restarted Visual Studio, and was granted this message on startup:

I tried restarting VS and uninstalling and reinstalling both Copilot extensions, to no success. I really don't know what to do, or how to fix this. If anyone could help that would be great.

PS. Tried it in VS Code and it worked flawlessly.

    Hi @Gaspar Bosch

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

It might be a known issue and has been reported to Product Team:

The 'ConversationsPackage' package did not load correctly. - Developer Community (visualstudio.com)

I suggest that you vote on that ticket and add your comments there to track the process, then we need to wait for a response from the product team engineers. If there is any update, I will also add it here.

    Update:

Please try Chris’s advice. You can add your GitHub account to VS (under File > Account Settings).

    Sincerely,

    Anna
