How to contact Microsoft Rewards Support

I have been jerked around by the Reward Support for almost a year now. They restricted my account for some unknown reason and won't reply to my requests for explanation or any support whatsoever. How can I call or email them directly and speak to an actual person?

Neither do I have any automated tools, nor do I engage in illegal activities. I have an account, and my daughter has one. Microsoft Algorithms made a mistake.

As stated before, Microsoft Rewards does not have a customer service division. All they do is generate AI email responses with the exact same wording every time. The algorithms restricted my (and my late husband's) account for almost a year. No explanation, same lame excuse of a "temporary restriction". I work in the legal field. Neither my late husband nor I do anything against any rules.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this. Your account will not be suspended for doing searches in an appropriate manner not unless you are using a proxy or a VPN to do it. You may still be able to recover the account depending on the reason for the suspension. Microsoft typically suspends accounts for violating the Microsoft Rewards terms of service, such as using automated tools to earn points, having multiple accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activities. Response times may vary due to workload or other tasks at hand, but rest assured that they will review your case and let you know if your account can be reinstated and after that you can decide if you will create a new account. You can submit an appeal via the link below, please be guided that the form might be grayed out with your account and you will need to use a different account and let the relevant team know on what happened.

For Microsoft Rewards account restrictions, direct contact must go through the official Rewards and Microsoft Support channels; no public direct phone number or email for Microsoft Rewards is provided in the context.

    Use these options:

    1. Microsoft Rewards Support form (primary channel)
      • Go to the Bing Rewards / Microsoft Rewards Support page: Rewards Support.
      • Sign in with the affected Microsoft account.
      • Select Contact Microsoft Rewards Support.
      • Fill out and submit the form describing the restriction and prior ticket history.
    2. Microsoft Support → Virtual Agent → Human agent
      • Go to the main Microsoft Support entry point: Contact support.
      • Use the Get Help experience and type something like “Microsoft Rewards account restricted”.
      • When the Virtual Agent responds, enter “Talk to a person” or “Agent”.
      • Choose Chat (fastest) or Call me back if available in the region to speak with a live support agent.
    3. General Office/Microsoft 365 support paths (if needed to reach a human)
      • From the device, open the Get Help app (Windows search → type “Get Help”).
      • Type “Chat with an agent” and press Enter.
      • Click Contact support, pick the closest product category (e.g., Microsoft account / billing), and follow prompts to connect to an agent. The agent can then route the case appropriately.

If there are still issues or suspected scam messages while trying to get help, use the official Microsoft Support site only and avoid any phone numbers or emails shown in pop‑ups or unsolicited messages.
