"Our server is temporarily having problems. We're working on it" indicates a temporary service-side problem. When this message appears for built-in (stock) features and there are no local error details or configuration changes on the device, it is typically an issue on Microsoft's side rather than something that requires local repair.

If the issue is recent and coincides with other online features not working, the recommended action is to wait and try again later while checking for any known service incidents. For Microsoft 365 services, current problems are surfaced on the Service health page in the Microsoft 365 admin center. If an incident is listed there that matches the behavior, no local fix is needed; the issue will be resolved by Microsoft.

If the problem persists for an extended period and no incident is shown, contact Microsoft Support or use the community forums to report the problem so it can be investigated.
