I don't think so the Croma points will be back or restocked as i am much aware of the Amazon coupons too. They have said the same and it's been 2 yrs and they didn't get back.
So forget about the Microsoft redeem options unless the leftovers are really interests u.

At the moment, the only available gift card option is the Sea of Thieves: Ancient Coin Pack. If you do not wish to redeem this option, please continue to check back the rewards page often, as they will be restocked anytime soon.

Microsoft Rewards gift card availability varies by country/region and by time. Some gift cards are not always available and may go out of stock. There is no published schedule or timeframe for when a specific reward (such as Chroma gift cards) will be restocked, and Support cannot provide restock dates.
