When I click to see any recent login activity, there is none listed. I've seen plenty of activity in the past.

Because Microsoft nerfed the Recent Activity page. It's now totally useless for routine monitoring. See:

About all you can do is check your Recent Activity page for a "Successful Login" that wasn't you. And by then it's too late, they are already in.

    Hi,

The history should not be erased, unless you have cleared that. Do you remember making any similar changes to your account?

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

Recent activity is only shown for a limited time window and per account type, so there are a few likely reasons nothing appears now even though activity was visible in the past:

    1. Activity is older than the retention window
For personal Microsoft accounts (including Outlook.com), the Recent activity page only shows sign-ins from roughly the last 30 days. Older entries drop off automatically. If there has been no sign-in or security-related activity in that period, the list can appear empty.
    2. Different account than before
Recent activity is tied to the specific Microsoft account being viewed. If signed in with a different alias or work/school account than the one used previously, the page will not show the historical entries expected.
    3. Where to check for Outlook.com / Microsoft account activity
For Outlook.com and other personal Microsoft services, sign-in history is shown on the Recent activity page at https://account.live.com/Activity. This page displays when the Microsoft account was signed in during the last 30 days, along with device or app-specific info.

If there is concern about possible unauthorized access, it is recommended to:

    1. Go to the Recent activity page: https://account.live.com/Activity.
    2. If still no entries appear but the account is actively used, sign out and sign back in once more, then recheck after a short time.
    3. As a precaution, change the account password and review/update security info (alternate email, phone, and two-step verification) from the Security settings page linked from the account’s security area.

These steps help ensure the account is protected even if the visible activity list is currently empty.
