I purchase a new Lenovo Laptop few months back (November 2025) with Microsoft office home 2024. I don't remember whether I registered my office or not and if registered then using which email address. I had to re-install windows with the help of lenovo support team recently as there was some problem with rebooting but I am unable to activate my Microsoft office home 2024

If your version of Office was preinstalled by Lenovo, check with Lenovo support to find out how to reinstall and reactivate.
If you purchased Office separately from your PC, you just install from your associated account at https://account.microsoft.com/services.
Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link, do you find the Office licence listed there on any account you may have.
This is resolved. I was ablel to locate my account i used to register my ms office
