Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with Microsoft Copilot during a workshop with university students, and I would like to understand the cause.
We asked students to use the “Prompt Coach” from the Copilot app/library to help them build their AI agents.
However, we observed the following:
- Some students are able to click the “Add” button and successfully add the Prompt Coach to their agent library.
- For other students, the “Add” button is greyed out (disabled), so they cannot add it.
- All students are logged in with their university Microsoft accounts.
- I personally tested with both a professional account and a student account, and I am able to add the Prompt Coach without any issue.
We have already checked:
- Students are properly logged in (correct account)
- Same environment (Microsoft 365 Copilot web interface)
Questions:
- Is it possible that the Prompt Coach is not enabled or deployed for all users in the organization?
- Could this issue be related to the device (e.g., Mac, tablet) or browser being used, or is it more likely to be account/permission-related?
