Hej jag får inte uppdaterade mail till mobilen. Outlook med hotmail fungerar i datorn men inte i mobilen.

    1. May I know whether you are using an Android or iOS device?
    2. Have you tried signing out and then signing back in to your account in the Outlook app to see if you receive all new incoming emails there?
    • Open the Outlook app on your device.
    • Tap your profile picture and go to the Accounts section.
    • Select Sign out.
    • Once done, sign in again with your Microsoft account.

    If you are still experiencing issues after that, please uninstall and reinstall the Outlook app on your device.
