I’ve been trying to redeem my points on Microsoft Rewards, but every time I finally have enough, the gift cards are out of stock. I’ve been grinding since November 2025, and it’s been months now, way longer than it should be. When are they actually going to restock?

Microsoft does not publish restock schedules for Microsoft Rewards gift cards, and support cannot provide dates or timing for when specific rewards will be available again.

Some gift cards are not always available through Microsoft Rewards and may go in and out of stock. The only supported way to check availability is to regularly visit the Redeem page and browse what is currently offered. Offers also vary by country/region, so it is important to redeem points in the same region where the account was created and to avoid using a VPN when redeeming.

To monitor availability and redeem when items appear:

Go to the Redeem page and sign in.
Check periodically for the desired gift card, as inventory can change.
When redeeming, ensure the account region matches the reward region and that no VPN or VoIP number is used, as this can affect redemptions.

If a reward is out of stock or unavailable when ordering, Microsoft may substitute a comparable reward or refund points, but there is no guarantee of a specific restock timeline.
