If that does not resolve the problem:

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

    Expand the 'Network Adapters' section.

Please provide a screenshot of that full Device Manager window.

Use the following steps to troubleshoot when both Wi‑Fi and Ethernet no longer work in Windows 11 Home.

    1. Run the Network troubleshooter
      • Open Settings > Network & internet.
      • At the top, check the status of the connection. If it shows an error (for example Action needed), select it.
      • Scroll down and run Network troubleshooter and follow the on‑screen steps. This will automatically diagnose and try to repair common issues.
    2. Check cable and router for Ethernet
      • Make sure the Ethernet cable is firmly plugged into the PC and into a LAN port on the router (not the WAN/Internet port).
      • If possible, try a different Ethernet cable and a different LAN port on the router to rule out hardware faults.
    3. Restart modem and router
      • Unplug the power from the router.
      • Unplug the power from the modem (and remove its battery if the lights stay on).
      • Wait at least 30 seconds. Reinsert the modem battery if removed.
      • Plug the modem back in and wait until its lights stabilize.
      • Plug the router back in and wait a few minutes until it is fully up.
      • Try connecting again via Ethernet and Wi‑Fi.
    4. Test Wi‑Fi separately
      • If the router provides Wi‑Fi, try connecting over Wi‑Fi from the Windows 11 PC.
      • Also test Wi‑Fi from another device (phone, tablet) to confirm that the internet connection itself works.
    5. Reset network stack from an elevated Command Prompt
      • Select Search on the taskbar, type Command Prompt.
      • Right‑click Command Prompt > Run as administrator > Yes.
      • Run these commands in order, pressing Enter after each:
        1. netsh winsock reset
        2. netsh int ip reset
        3. ipconfig /release
        4. ipconfig /renew
        5. ipconfig /flushdns
      • Restart the PC and test Wi‑Fi and Ethernet again.

If Settings or built‑in apps are crashing when opening Network settings, re‑registering built‑in apps via PowerShell (as shown in the referenced Q&A) can also restore normal behavior, then repeat the steps above.
