I'm getting billed 21.60 each month by you guys and I don't understand why and your phone service is no good. I couldn't get past the robot and now it's not even going through the motions with me, when I try to call up.

Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!

Since there is an unknown charge on your account, I recommend checking which service or subscription the charge is from, then canceling it or requesting a refund if needed.

    Go to: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Look for the unknown charges or subscriptions you have.

Click Manage > select Cancel, then follow the prompts to refund the subscription.

Note: If there is no option for a refund, you may reach Microsoft Accounts and Billing support by following the steps below:

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

In the search bar, type in your issue, then hit enter.

Scroll down to the bottom and select the blue button "Contact Support"
