The suggestion in your screen shot is definitely an existing word, "obsoletely" (derived from "obsolete" according to Oxford English Dictionary).

Hello Microsoft team, I would like to report a spelling/autocorrect issue in Microsoft Word.
When typing the word “Obsolutelly”, Word suggests “Obsoletely” as the correction. However, this suggestion is incorrect. The expected correction should be “Absolutely.”
This may indicate that the spell checker or suggestion engine is prioritizing an incorrect recommendation for this misspelling.
Could you please review and correct this behavior in a future update?
Thank you.

The behavior described is controlled by the Word spelling and suggestion engine and cannot be customized at the level of individual suggestions. The context only documents how to review and act on suggestions, not how to change or reprioritize them.
To work around incorrect suggestions in Word today:
Editor and the spell checker will continue to highlight possible spelling issues, but the specific ranking or presence of suggestions such as "Obsolutely" versus "Absolutely" cannot be modified from the client side based on the available documentation.
