This forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, I wish I had better news, but when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated data like the Email, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.

There are only two supported ways to recover a hacked Microsoft account when the attacker has changed the recovery email and other security info:

    1. Use the official hacked/compromised account guide
Follow the steps in How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account:
      • First, scan all PCs/phones used with this account for malware using an up‑to‑date antivirus or Windows Defender.
      • Then try to sign in and immediately change the password to a strong one if sign‑in is still possible.
      • Review account settings such as connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies to remove anything the attacker added.
    2. If you cannot sign in or codes go only to the hacker’s email
When the recovery email/phone has been replaced and sign‑in is blocked, the only option is to submit the account recovery form via the official flow:
      • Start from the Microsoft account Sign‑in Helper / recovery page and choose that you cannot access your security info.
      • Fill in the recovery form with as much accurate information as possible (old passwords, subject lines of recent emails, contacts you frequently email, Xbox/Microsoft Store details, etc.).
      • Results are sent to the working contact email you provide, usually within 24 hours. If not successful, it can be retried (up to two times per day) with more complete information.

If the recovery form cannot verify ownership and the attacker has fully replaced the security info, there is no other supported method for Microsoft to return access to the account; support agents cannot override the automated recovery or change account details.

    After regaining access, immediately:

    • Change the password again and set up strong security info (additional email/phone, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.).
    • Review the security guidance in How to help keep your Microsoft account safe and secure and configure the account so future recovery is easier.
