I don't understand why 1 everything with Microsoft is so unnecessarily annoying and hard, but 2 why its then even harder to complain?

First off, why is every item on pc linked to Microsoft, and why am I limited to only 5 GB!? ridiculous. It's my laptop, I don't want everything on the cloud because I am not a child and am going to break my laptop, and it's not like they made it easy for you to take items off the cloud, they are all forced on. WHY, why isn't it easy? Why do I have to jump through ups and when I do eventually get some things unlocked, there is a little X right beside them. like amazing. My real frustration comes from having to pay for something that sucks. I pay for the personal Microsoft, which, by the way, is so hard to find. Why isn't it letting me use Word on my laptop! like why? I just want to open a file, and I'm getting told to buy it when I ALREADY HAVE IT!!

Using Microsoft genuinely makes me want to bang my head against a wall and scream its not even funny, maybe, just maybe I don't want my entire computer connected to an email account!! why dose it HAVE TO BE!! I can't stand why they make everything so utterly annoying. Don't even get me started on being asked if I'd like to stay signed in. I don't even know why they ask because they NEVER keep you signed in!!!

I wish with everything in me that Microsoft weren't so interlinked with so many other things, because if there were a different app I could use, I would.

My question still stands. Where do I go to complain? I would like to know where! :)

    Hi,
if you simply want to vent, that's fine you can do it here.
If you would like Microsoft engineers to see your comments, there are a number of ways you can send feedback, a couple of the easiest -

    1. use the Feedback hub (winkey and F)
    2. use the feedback option available in the Microsoft app, In word for example go to the Help ribbon then feedback.

Unfortunately, in order to send feedback you must be signed in with your Microsoft account.
You may not get a response to your feedback, however, all feedback is read by the relevant engineers.

If you would like help to make the situation less frustrating or work the way you want, then you are in the best place, there are some real experts here.
I would suggest starting a thread for each specific issue, give as much detail on the issue as you can without making it sound like a complaint, contributors here are not able to handle complaints and generally will not respond to them.
