Can access all Outlook accounts except GoDaddy account

I am getting an error message when I try to login to my Outlook account that I have through GoDaddy. I can access the web and my other Outlook email accounts, but not this one.

GoDaddy has looked at a screen shot of the error message and say they believe the error is though my provider, Xifinity. They say it's a local issue.

Anyone ever seen this before? Xfinity doesn't know what's going on.
