Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

This error usually indicates that the connection between your device and Microsoft servers is not working properly. You can check the Service Health Status page to see if there are any known service interruptions in your region.

Meanwhile, please check whether the same issue occurs when your device is connected to a different Wi‑Fi network, such as a mobile hotspot network, and see if you are able to sign in to OneDrive normally:

    https://onedrive.live.com/

You can also try opening a private/incognito browser window or accessing OneDrive in your mobile web browser to see if it works there. or log in with your account on another browser and see if you can access your files.

In addition, clear your browsing history, cache, and cookies.

Let me know if you can access your OneDrive files.

The 503 Service Unavailable message when signing in to OneDrive is typically caused by temporary service issues or throttling on the SharePoint/OneDrive service.

    Try the following steps:

    1. Wait and avoid repeated refreshes
      • A 503 or similar “server is busy” condition often means the service is temporarily overloaded.
      • If a “waiting room” or “you are now in line to access this site” page appears, do not manually refresh; the page has built‑in retry logic and refreshing can delay access further.
    2. Check if the issue affects multiple accounts/devices
      • Since two accounts in the same family subscription are affected, test from:
        • Another browser (with no extensions) and InPrivate/Incognito mode.
        • Another device and network (for example, mobile data vs home Wi‑Fi).
      • If multiple users/devices see similar behavior, it is likely a service‑side issue.
    3. Check Microsoft 365 service health (if an admin is available)
      • If someone in the family is the subscription owner or has admin access, they can sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center and check the Service Health Dashboard to see if there is a known SharePoint/OneDrive incident affecting access.
    4. If the problem persists
      • If the 503/blank page continues for an extended period and affects multiple users, it is likely a temporary service issue that Microsoft must resolve. In that case, monitor the Service Health Dashboard and try again later.

If access is urgently needed and the issue continues across devices and networks, contact Microsoft support and reference that OneDrive/SharePoint sign‑in is returning HTTP 503 for specific family accounts.
