I see no agents in my copilot with office 365 premium (recently upgraded) subscription nor do I see any option to add them.

For an Office 365/Microsoft 365 Premium subscription, agents only appear if they have actually been made available in the environment and Copilot is enabled where the account is used.

    From the documented behavior:

    1. If no agents have been deployed to the tenant, users won’t see any options to view or add agents in Copilot, even if they have a qualifying Microsoft 365 subscription.
    2. In some cases, Copilot features (including agents) may be turned off for the organization, or Copilot might not yet be available in the user’s market. In those cases, agents will not appear.

What an admin needs to verify:

    1. Confirm that Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents are available in the region/market.
    2. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, ensure agents are created/published and approved for the tenant so they show up in the Agent Store.
    3. Make sure Copilot features and agents are not disabled at the tenant level.

Once agents are deployed and enabled, they appear in the Copilot experience (for example, in Microsoft 365 Copilot or in Microsoft Teams under All agents / the Agent Store), and users with eligible subscriptions such as Microsoft 365 Premium can see, add, and use them.
