Seems the subscription on Copilot available for education faculty only apply to M365 A3 & A5. Can user with M365 A1 license purchase Copilot add-on?

As of May 13, 2024, Microsoft expanded Copilot for Microsoft 365 eligibility to include A1 licenses for education customers.
Thanks, Emily. Following up on your reply, does this mean the Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 A3 and A5 (Education Faculty Pricing) subscriptions also apply to M365 A1 users as of May 13, 2024?
