I have a problem when running eFootball 2026 on my Windows 11 25H2 when I checked the Event Viewer, it displays this error:
Faulting application name: eFootball.exe, version: 5.4.1.0, time stamp: 0x69f0358d

Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.26100.8457, time stamp: 0x18603c3f

Exception code: 0xc00000fd

Fault offset: 0x00000000000303f3

Faulting process id: 0x4340

Faulting application start time: 0x1DCE376B12E07B5

Faulting application path: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\eFootball\eFootball\Binaries\Win64\eFootball.exe

Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\System32\KERNELBASE.dll

Report Id: 9fc3dbdc-0cdf-4b9a-b763-e98b6abcdfeb

In every time I run the game, it displays a black screen for a period of time then automatically close itself and steam counts this as a minutes of playing the game as shown in the screenshot belowUser's image

I tried to solve it with many solutions like, updating graphics card, reinstalling C++ visual redistributable tools, disabling Game Mode, Disabling all overlays, Disabling hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling, run game as administrator, trying compatibility mode to windows 7, verify integrity, and so another solution with no benefit.
Info about my Laptop:
Model Name: MSI Thin 15B13UCX
Processor: Intel core i7 13620H

GPUs (Dual): Intel(R) UHD Graphics (128MB) - Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050 (4 GB)
Windows: 25H2 (OS Build: 26200.8457) x64 bit
Ram: 16 GB (Speed: 3200 MT/s)

If anyone has solution I will be very thankful for him

Thanks

This problem is solved now after I make a new fresh windows version for my Efootball game but the only thing that changed between this version and the past version is that I turned off secure boot in my BIOS settings. I am really don't know if this was the problem but now the game successfully work well so to solve this problem try this.

    1. Run the game in safe mode (can any application be the reason)
    2. Turn off secure boot in BIOS Setup
    3. Run the game in your internal graphic card (If you have dual graphic cards) - (you can make this by going to efootball folder and run efootball settings here ...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\eFootball\Settings.exe)
    4. Install new windows (Keep this as the last solution after trying all other solution not in this post only as you can search or ask AI for any other solutions)
I hope this will help anyone read this.
