Using powerpoint 365, every time program automatically saves the text reverts to italics. The document was imported from powerpoint desktop (which I no longer have). I have used more than one font and the same issue occurs.

If the presentation uses third-party fonts, PowerPoint for the web will substitute the fonts. To fix it, you would need to use a desktop edition of PowerPoint, either changing the Font Theme to one uses fonts that come with Office, or by altering the fonts used on the Slide Master. The web version doesn't allow access to either method.

Hi! Since you are using PowerPoint for the web, this may not be caused by AutoSave itself, but by the imported presentation’s formatting/theme/master settings being reapplied when the file is saved and refreshed. If possible, please share the file so better understand what's happening.
