Hey Microsoft, we need to talk about the Copilot Desktop app. Right now, it is incredibly sluggish even on a PC with 16GB of RAM. You have the best engineers in the world; I know you guys can make this thing as fast and snappy as Notepad!

Also, could we please get some better chat management? It is super frustrating having to dig through my history to find critical conversations. We desperately need the ability to pin and group chats (similar to Claude Projects).

Forcing us to use Notebooks for this doesn't work because Notebooks don't have internet access. We need to be able to organize our chats while still interacting with the web and our work data!
