Receiving some of emails only, others with delay

I am not receiving all the emails. External mail flow issue: Gmail and Yahoo messages not being delivered, Yahoo returns ‘unable to deliver after multiple retries’. Internal Outlook mail works fine.” A few external emails I am receiving but not sure how many I am missing.

Sometimes a few emails of Gmail arrive with delay. I am having this issue since yesterday.

    Hello

    I think there's something going on Microsoft's end right now. I am seeing many people reporting that they cannot receive emails from Yahoo or Gmail users. You are not the only one. Earlier this week it happened with iCloud users, but it finally recovered. Hopefully this is a similar situation. There's no official announcement on Microsoft side at the moment.

    The previous answered help me to confirm I was not the only one with a problem. However, my Outlook account has had delayed and missing incoming emails for more than 48 hours. I only receive part of the emails, and others arrive many hours later. I already checked spam, rules, sync, and different devices/browsers.

    Can a Microsoft moderator please tell the estimated resolution time for this active server-side incident? Clearly, it is not 100% solved. This is affecting important communications. Thank you.
