Please note that if you have two-step verification turned on, you must verify your account using two different methods. In your case, it appears that you only have your alternate @gmail.com recovery address available, and you no longer have access to either your password or your phone number.

So, keep trying to recall your password, and check if you have it saved anywhere, such as your browser's saved passwords (e.g., Google Chrome, Edge, etc...), or any notes app/document where you may have stored it.
If you are unable to retrieve your password, you may permanently lose your account as you no longer have the phone number as well.
