A deleted Loop page can be restored only if it is still in the workspace’s Recycle bin or, for certain workspaces stored in SharePoint, from the SharePoint site’s Recycle bin.

Use these steps depending on where the workspace is stored:

  1. If the Loop workspace uses the built-in Loop Recycle bin
    1. Open the Loop app (web or mobile) and go to the workspace where the page was deleted.
    2. At the bottom of the left sidebar, select Recycle bin.
    3. Find the deleted page, select More, then select Restore.
  2. If the Loop workspace is stored on a SharePoint Online site For workspaces whose content is stored directly in SharePoint, the Loop app’s Recycle bin is not available.
    1. From any page in the Loop workspace, select Share > Page link.
    2. From the generated URL, identify the SharePoint site ID and open the site using the pattern https://<yourtenantname>.sharepoint.com/sites/<siteID>.
    3. In that SharePoint site, open Recycle bin.
    4. Locate the deleted Loop item (page/file) and restore it from there.

If the page has been purged from the Recycle bin (Loop or SharePoint), it cannot be restored.

    Hi @Atewa Kigbo

If the Loop page was deleted recently, you may still be able to restore it from the recycle bin because Loop workspaces are stored in SharePoint/OneDrive behind the scenes.

    Please try these steps:

1/ Open Microsoft Loop and identify which workspace the deleted page belonged to.

2/ Open the connected SharePoint site or OneDrive recycle bin:

3/ Look for recently deleted .loop files or pages with the same title as the deleted Loop page.

4/ Restore the item from the recycle bin.

You can also review Microsoft’s official guidance here:

If the page does not appear in the recycle bin, the item may have been permanently deleted or removed outside the retention period. In that case, your Microsoft 365 administrator can additionally check:

    • Second-stage SharePoint recycle bin
    • Retention policies
    • Backup/recovery options available in your organization
