My computer is a hp spectrum x360 and I'm getting a system error from a program. I have tried to uninstall everything to deal with Adobe to no avail just can't seem to get Adobe .exe deleted but when I type into the computer search there is no trace of it. I just don't get it. The pop-up is on my screen from the boot up process until I get off.

    Hello Benita,

Thank you for your question and for reaching out with your question today.

If you are experiencing a persistent system error related to Adobe software on your HP Spectre x360 and have been unable to uninstall it completely, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool: Adobe provides a dedicated tool called the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool that helps in completely removing Adobe software from your computer. Download and run the tool from the Adobe website to thoroughly uninstall any remaining Adobe files or traces. Make sure to follow the instructions provided by Adobe for using the tool correctly.
    2. Check for running processes or services: Even if you have uninstalled Adobe software, some processes or services related to Adobe might still be running in the background. Open the Task Manager (press Ctrl+Shift+Esc), go to the "Processes" or "Services" tab, and look for any Adobe-related processes or services. If you find any, right-click on them and select "End Task" or "Stop Service" respectively.
    3. Clean up temporary files and folders: Temporary files and folders related to Adobe software can sometimes cause issues. Use the built-in Disk Cleanup tool on your computer to remove temporary files. Press the Windows key, type "Disk Cleanup," and open the app. Select your system drive (usually C:), check the "Temporary files" option, and click "OK" to start the cleanup process.
    4. Disable startup programs: Some Adobe-related programs might be set to run on startup, causing the persistent pop-up. Disable any Adobe-related startup programs by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager, going to the "Startup" tab, and disabling relevant Adobe entries.
    5. Perform a clean boot: A clean boot helps determine if any third-party software or services are conflicting with Adobe software. To perform a clean boot, press the Windows key, type "msconfig," and open the System Configuration utility. On the "General" tab, select "Selective startup" and uncheck the "Load startup items" option. Restart your computer and see if the system error still occurs. If the error disappears, you can selectively enable startup items and services to identify the conflicting software.
    6. Seek specialized support: If the issue persists after trying the above steps, it may be beneficial to contact Adobe Support or the manufacturer of your HP Spectre x360 for further assistance. They can provide more specific guidance and troubleshooting steps tailored to your situation.

Remember to back up important files and create a system restore point before making any significant changes to your system.
